I had the good fortune of dealing with Corran an estate agent of HS. Corran comes across as an honest, knowledgeable and professional agent. Corran kept me informed and always communicated my concerns to the seller. We had a few problems along the way but the HS agency help in any way they could. HS Estate Agents have been excellent to deal with throughout the moving process. The vendor showed us around the property but HS followed up promptly afterwards and were efficient and professional in putting across our offer and communicating the vendor's acceptance. Throughout the process HS were also extremely responsive to my queries and requests for timing updates, always getting back to me the same day. They also did a lot to smooth the process right through the chain by communicating with the other agents and solicitors. We wanted to close before Christmas and I believe that this might not have been possible were it not for HS's assistance to focus everyone on an early December date. Special mention goes to Simone who was extremely helpful, transparent and a pleasure to deal with. Simone alerted me very promptly to a scam email that appeared to have been sent from my solicitor, but was in fact fake. I was very impressed by her quick actions and diligence. I would 100% recommend HS Estate Agents to friends and family.
